TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
are available from the Financial Controller.

2. GENERAL
Goods are sold on the condition that the reseller is familiar with the technical information contained in this catalogue,relevant electrical codes of practice, wiring rules and is suitably knowledgeable with this type of lighting to make the correct product choice.

3. RECEIPT OF GOODS
Gartner Superlux Limited is responsible for goods only up until they are received into your care. It is important that any external damage to packaging is recorded on the courier documentation when signing. It will be the responsibility of the customer to check deliveries for damages and notify Gartner Superlux Ltd within 48 hours of any damage caused by delivery for us to make claims against the carrier. Non-delivery – any shipments that fail to arrive or have items missing must be reported within 5 working days. Once goods have left your store no claims for missing goods can be accepted.

4. CUTTING OF HOLES
For reasons beyond our control, specifications may change without notice. As such, the cutting of holes or other installation / constructional work prior to receiving product is entirely at the purchaser’s risk.

5. SPLIT DELIVERIES
For reasons beyond our control, specifications may change regularly. As such, split deliveries run the risk of model changes
and / or supply issues and are entirely at the purchaser’s risk.

6. GUARANTEE
We put considerable effort into ensuring our products are made to meet or exceed the relevant standards. Should a product fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion. If this is not possible then we will offer an alternative product as replacement. The guarantee does not cover products damaged due to wrong selection, misuse or incorrect installation. Lighting fixtures carry a minimum 12 months guarantee from date of despatch. Gartner Superlux Limited accepts no claims for indirect or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.
